Well, we are just over a month into the new year. Have you managed to keep your New Years Resolutions? ‘Make 2014 Your Best Year Ever’ from USA Weekend Magazine Dec 27 edition talks about how to keep your resolutions, since 92% of the population don’t. Here are a few of their suggestions…

If you resolve to Lose Weight, it suggests to set your alarm. Who would have thought? A study of 300 women at Brigham University shows that those with a consistent sleep schedule had lower body fat. Also, have a protein packed breakfast. A study for the Obesity Society showed that those women who ate a protein packed breakfast had curbed hunger throughout the morning. Might I suggest Shaklee 180. … With 16 grams of protein (mix alone) it is a great way to start off your day and get those cravings under control first thing!

If you are looking to be More Fit they suggest sort bursts of activity. The American College of Sports Medicine predicts that this will be the top trend for fitness for 2014. Shaklee Global Conference 2012 in Las Vegas

I am busy planning for the Shaklee Global Conference 2013. This year it is in Nashville from July 31 to August 4. This reminded me that I have yet to write about the last conferences that I have attended and just how fantastic they really are! We have made so many great friends over the years, from all over, and we look forward to our Shaklee ‘reunion’ with them every year.

Here is a bit about the Shaklee Global Conference 2012. Disney Bay Lake Towers Review

More on our Disney Trip.  We stayed at the Bay Lake Towers.  Now, I have not been to Disney since I was 3 but I don’t know how families or larger groups go to Disney without staying here.  Assuming you want to be ‘on property’ of course.

I am in real estate and it is all about Location, Location, Location and this place has it!  It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Magic Kingdom along a safe, perfectly manicured path.  You are just steps to the monorail at the Contemporary.  All shuttle buses pick up right between the Bay Lake Towers and the Contemporary so it is SO easy to get to your transportation to the Disney Parks or Downtown Disney.  If your condo is on the Magic Kingdom side  you can see the Magic Kingdom Fireworks.  On the bay side you get to see the Electric Water Parade.  From the Top of the World Lounge (for  BLT timeshare owners) you can see both.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
•2 scoops of Shaklee 180 Chocolate Smoothee
•1 Cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
•1 tbsp. natural, creamy peanut butter
•Stevia, xylitol, or agave to taste (optional)
•4-6 ice cubes
